- Cleaning agents are selected and used according to plastic trim and fitting types, workplace methods and product manufacturer/component supplier recommendations.
- Plastic trim and fittings are cleaned according to workplace/customer and product manufacturer/component supplier prescribed methods and procedures.
- Cleaning is completed without causing damage to component or system.
- Vehicle plastic trim and fittings are cleaned according to industry standards/regulations/guidelines, WHS requirements, legislation and enterprise procedures/ policies.
- Cleaning agents are stored according to manufacturer/ component supplier recommendations and regulatory requirements.
- Finish vehicle internal and external plastic trim and fittings
- Tooling and equipment are selected and used according to workplace methods and customer requirements.
- Finishing agents are selected and used according to plastic trim and fitting types, workplace methods and product manufacturer/component supplier recommendations.
- Plastic trim and fittings are finished according to workplace/customer and product manufacturer/component supplier prescribed methods and procedures.
- Finishing is completed without causing damage to component or system.
- Vehicle plastic trim and fittings are finished according to industry standards/regulations/guidelines, WHS requirements, legislation and enterprise procedures/ policies.
- Finishing agents are stored according to manufacturer/ component supplier recommendations and regulatory requirement.
- Clean up work area and maintain equipment
- Material that can be reused is collected and stored.
- Waste material is removed following workplace and environmental procedure.
- Equipment and work area are cleaned and inspected for serviceable condition in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Unserviceable equipment is tagged and faults identified in accordance with workplace requirements.
- Operator maintenance is completed in accordance with manufacturer/component supplier specifications and worksite procedures.
- Tooling is maintained in accordance with workplace procedures.
